The incident took place on August 20 in Onumu Community, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area. The client, Alex Ezekiel, had requested the charm, and the native doctor attempted to prove its effectiveness by shooting him. Unfortunately, the charm failed, and Ezekiel was fatally injured.
