Victor Boniface, Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen striker, shared how he once paid just ₦30 to watch Champions League matches as a young footballer. Now, he’s living his dream, playing in the same competition. Boniface reflected on his journey and expressed his pride in a post shared on Fabrizio Romano’s X handle.
The Nigerian striker made his Champions League debut during Bayer Leverkusen’s 4-0 victory against Feyenoord. Joining the German club in 2023, Boniface transferred from Union SG in a deal worth over €21.7 million.
